Processing and Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days.
We ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Please allow a total of 10 business days, from the date you order, for your shipment to arrive. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Currently, Simple Indulgence only ships within Canada.
Shipping Charges
All retail orders over $75, before taxes, ship for free. Shipping charges are a flat rate of $7 for all orders under $75.
For wholesale orders, shipping costs will be calculated and charged prior to shipping. Please note: this means that shipping costs will not be reflected in the shopping cart, but will be added to all wholesale orders when shipped.
Payment
VISA and Mastercard are accepted for payment. Credit cards are accepted securely on the site. However, if you prefer you can call us with your credit card information. Credit cards are not processed until your order is ready to ship.
Damaged Goods / Packing Error
Please report any product damage or error within 72 hours of receiving your order. Keep all boxes and packaging materials for inspection by the carrier. We will request a digital photo of the damaged product. Any replacement product, will be in the same size and scent as the original.
Wholesale Minimums
We ask that opening wholesale orders are at least $200. Subsequent orders may be $100.
Tax on Wholesale Orders
Please note, both PST and GST will show in shopping cart when you check out. However, when your order is processed you will NOT be charged PST if you have a valid PST number.
Return Policy
Simple Indulgence will gladly take returns on unopened product in original condition within 10 days of receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please e-mail orders@simpleindulgence.ca for instructions before shipping package back. All refunds are credited to the original pay method.
